Electrostatic Generators and Charging Bars

TAKK Electrostatic Generators and Charging Bars are an excellent, economical method of electrostatic bonding/pinning that is effective, simple to operate, and non-marking to material surfaces—through the bonding force of positive and negative ions (static electricity). Statically charging similar or dissimilar materials to create a temporary adhesion between the materials can replace processes such as strapping or gluing.

The system consists of a Static Generator and one or more Charging Bars. TAKK Static Generators are available in positive (Model 7302-SP) and negative (Model 7302-SN) output voltage and generate a static charge up to 30kV (30,000 volts). The Charging Bars then emit the current in an ion field and electrostatically charge the material creating the temporary adhesion. Static Chargeing Bars are available in compact multi-point probes and various length charging bar styles all powered by positive or negative polarity static generators.
